  • MaryBeth Sigler

    FOUNDER, HEAD OF COACHING

    MaryBeth Sigler is a certified executive leadership coach with 25 years of experience working with executives and their teams. She coaches leaders to develop the mindsets and behaviors needed to achieve their goals.

    She works with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives, and is an expert in leading large-scale leadership development coaching programs. She is a seasoned group coach and facilitator and provides group coaching for early-stage founders for the University of Chicago Polsky Center as well as female executives at CHIEF.

    MaryBeth is an adjunct professor at New York University and has taught coaching for over 10 years. Her career professional experience includes management consulting, corporate finance and corporate HR with companies such as Kearney and Unilever.

    She has professional certifications from the International Coaching Federation and the European Coaching & Mentoring Council. Her MBA is from the University of Chicago.

    She is an experienced meditator and certified yoga instructor, with an appreciation for the application of Eastern wisdom within modern work life.

  • Emily Hagen

    PARTNER, HEAD OF CONSULTING

    Emily Hagen is a certified executive leadership coach who has more than 20 years of experience working as a management consultant, human resources leader and executive coach in global organizations. She guides senior leaders, managers and high-potentials to develop critical leadership skills; 1:1 executive transition coaching to support leaders moving into new roles; and group coaching with peer groups facing similar challenges.

    Emily’s professional experience includes leading management consulting and financial services organizations, including Booz Allen Hamilton, American Express and MSCI. In her last role, she led Global Executive Talent Management, responsible for executive assessment, development, promotion, succession and retention strategies. She has an MBA from Cornell University.
